Senior Pastor
Bishop Thaylee Dickerson
Bishop Thaylee Dickerson is a devoted pastor and community leader committed to restoring families and strengthening communities through faith. A Prattville native, he graduated from Autaugaville High School and studied Elementary Education at Selma University and Alabama State University. His spiritual calling led him to serve at More Than Conquerors Faith Church in Birmingham before founding United Christian Church in Prattville in 2004.
Bishop Dickerson expanded his outreach by launching the Oasis of Hope Foundation in 2009, offering food drives, health fairs, and school rallies to support families in the River Region. He also established the United Christian Learning Academy (UCLA)and a Youth Food Program to enhance education and fight hunger.
He serves as the Alabama State Bishop for Global United Fellowship and the Presiding Primate of the United Gathering Fellowship, providing oversight, training, and mentorship to pastors and congregations. His leadership focuses on unity, restoration, and equipping ministries to advance the Kingdom of God.
Recognized for his leadership, he has served on boards including Habitat for Humanity and the River Region Pregnancy Center. His awards include the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Cash for Kindness Award, and a feature in the Montgomery Advertiser.
In 2023, he was consecrated as a Bishop, reinforcing his dedication to advancing God's Kingdom. He shares his ministry with his wife, Leading Lady Tamika Dickerson.

The goal of United is to provide opportunities for the membership to fulfil the calling of God on their lives. It is also the goal of this ministry to train and prepare the members of the ministry to become fruitful and productive citizens of our nation.
OUR COMMUNITY
We are poised to be an "Oasis of Hope" for the unchurched, a training center for believers, a catalyst of economic growth for the community and a therapeutic resource for hurting families. Our goal is to affect the destiny, the mindset and vision of every household within a 50-mile radius of Prattville with potency of our witness, our worship and the word of God!
